Contact form and other providers

The website contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver the information to our email inbox. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained for 30 days. Call booking uses Calendly. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process data in other countries.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is needed with trusted service providers, freelancers, or specialists who help operate the website or deliver agreed work, and with legal authorities when required by law. Client access and confidential work should be governed by the relevant proposal, contract, or confidentiality agreement.

Enquiries and business records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a possible or active business relationship, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect legitimate business interests.

Security
